詹姆斯•比尔德奖(James Beard Awards)是为了表彰美国餐饮界的杰出厨师、餐厅、作家及其他专业人士而设置的奖项,堪称美食界的奥斯卡。

而今,一年一度的 James Beard Awards 半决赛(Semifinalists)又来了,一直在发奋努力的洛杉矶虽然没有以“卍解”去争夺那些奖项,但是依然还是有许多入围的餐厅和厨师绝对是当之无愧。
