  • 金针菇洗净并撕开
  • 均匀放在铝箔纸上

  • 加上亚麻籽油牛油, 大蒜, 盐和胡椒

  • 把铝箔纸对折把金针菇包起来
  • 放在平底锅里,用中大火烧5分钟

  • 把里面的调味料跟金针菇拌匀就可以吃喔!
