L.A Ramekin 甜品店限定:墨鱼汁配鱼子口味的雪糕

大家吃过最特别最奇怪的雪糕是什么味道呢?小编回想自己吃的最特别的应该在 Melrose 吃过的椰子绿咖哩雪糕吧~其实只是尝了一口,没有ORDER(笑)最近雪糕的味道好像越出越多,越来越特别了!

最近位于 Los Feliz 的甜品店 Ramekin 决定推出一系列奇怪的雪糕口味喔~主厨 Matthew Biancaniello 将于5月30日下午6时-11时限定推出数款奇怪的雪糕口味!其中的芝士口味跟墨鱼汁口味更是非常特别!!!

1)      Laphroaig with Chocolate covered blanched garlic, topped with Matthew’s signature Never Let Me Go (Cynar cassis and blood orange), toasted saffron, and blood orange slices

2)      Parmesan ice-cream lemon zest, dehydrated olives, Chipotle infused olive oil, Manzanilla sherry with pink chive blossoms, sprinkled with flower blossoms

3)      Tequila squid ink ice cream topped with red fish eggs, passion fruit, and coffe infused Cynar
