5. 用厨房餐纸巾在锅底涂些沙拉油,卷好的蛋拨到前面,再加入一点蛋液

6. 把卷好的蛋滚回蛋皮里,然后再推回到前面,再涂油, 加入蛋液,重复一样的动作直到蛋液用完

7. 将蛋卷放到锡箔纸上,把蛋卷稍微包起来成形;等到稍微冷却以后,拿掉锡箔纸,均等切块。
