“Cereal and Such”實現小時候的奢侈夢想: 無論何時就是要吃Cereal 當點心啊~

Cereal and Such開在最新早餐熱門區Virgil Village，距離火紅的SQIRL約兩個街區的距離。5月5日開幕當天，同時身為音樂人的店主Theo Martins戲稱開幕日為 “Cereal de Mayo”! 五年前從Providence, Rhode Island搬到Los Angeles，Martins 說起開這間店的原因，就是因為小時候愛吃cereal 但是爸媽不給吃，於是長大以後就瘋狂進食 XD

i never want anyone to feel like they can't be apart of something because of their circumstances. only reason why i do it. i'm just creating a space for me as a kid. somewhere where i can be goofy and sad and happy. where i can dance and feel okay being who i am. i know there are many who feel how i feel. @cerealandsuch is finally open and it's really cool to see a childhood idea come to life. come by when you're around, i'll see you then.

除此之外他也希望傳達cereal 不僅僅是早餐，也是點心的好選擇! 在Cereal and Such 提供6種cereal，口味則是會不定期更新，並且會提供一種素食且無麩質的選擇。飲品方面則有手沖Stumptown咖啡，以及每日Martins 至農夫市集所購買的茶。

身為一個時常需要巡演的音樂家，Martins下個月會到日本，他計劃採購當地的穀片，將採用相同的牛奶等等，帶給大家道地的日式體驗~

Cereal and Such目前的營業時間為週二至週日，上午十一點至晚上六點，六月份開始會延長營業時間。一碗cereal $4，可以混合搭配不同口味!

跟店主一樣的Cereal 控可以來嚐嚐，順便跟店主交換一下心得吧~
