等烤箱温度达到 400F 时,把烤盘送入烤箱

Tips: 由于抱子甘蓝本身有特殊苦味,初次尝试的朋友可能无法适应,但加上李锦记苏梅酱能盖掉苦味,减盐醇味鲜酱油带出甘甜,李锦记是拉差酱可满足吃辣欲望。作法简单快速,切记把抱子甘蓝与酱料拌匀,让李锦记酱料能完整覆蓋。
