做法:

  1. 把香蕉压成香蕉泥(小提示:如果香蕉太硬太难压, 可以先微波15秒香蕉就会变比较软)
  2. 加入鸡蛋和燕麦片, 拌匀
  3. 用小火把班戟糊煎熟(每面1分钟)
  4. 完成!
