詹姆斯•比爾德獎(James Beard Awards)是為了表彰美國餐飲界的傑出廚師、餐廳、作家及其他專業人士而設置的獎項,堪稱美食界的奧斯卡。

而今,一年一度的 James Beard Awards 半決賽(Semifinalists)又來了,一直在發奮努力的洛杉磯雖然沒有以“卍解”去爭奪那些獎項,但是依然還是有許多入圍的餐廳和廚師絕對是當之無愧。
