美國政府對Ｈ1-B工作簽證名額有限制。目前而言，H1-B的名額是65,000, 額外的20,000是給有碩士以上學位的申請者。每年開始接受申請的日期為四月一日。 通常，申請的人數絕對會多過限制的名額。這就會發生工作簽證抽籤的情況，只有被選中的申請者才可以合法在美國工作。

How can I qualify for the H-1B visa?
To qualify for an H-1B visa, usually, at least a bachelor’s degree is required, or substantial on-the-job experience. Usually students that are applying for what are known as STEM jobs (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) have a greater chance of passing. However, almost any school major, from business to art, has a chance at qualifying. Furthermore, not only does the worker have to qualify, the company they are working for has to qualify as well. Usually larger companies have a better chance at hiring H-1B workers, because they can show that their organizations are large enough to need advanced workers. However, smaller companies can qualify as well. Both large and small companies will need to pay their employees a fair wage. An experienced immigration attorney can help you through the H-1B process, and determine whether you and your hiring company have a good chance at success.
要如何符合Ｈ1-B工作簽證申請資格？
