L.A Ramekin 甜品店限定:墨魚汁配魚子口味的雪糕

大家吃過最特別最奇怪的雪糕是什麼味道呢?小編回想自己吃的最特別的應該在 Melrose 吃過的椰子綠咖哩雪糕吧~其實只是嘗了一口,沒有ORDER(笑)最近雪糕的味道好像越出越多,越來越特別了!

最近位於 Los Feliz 的甜品店 Ramekin 決定推出一系列奇怪的雪糕口味喔~主廚 Matthew Biancaniello 將於5月30日下午6時-11時限定推出數款奇怪的雪糕口味!其中的芝士口味跟墨魚汁口味更是非常特別!!!

1)      Laphroaig with Chocolate covered blanched garlic, topped with Matthew’s signature Never Let Me Go (Cynar cassis and blood orange), toasted saffron, and blood orange slices

2)      Parmesan ice-cream lemon zest, dehydrated olives, Chipotle infused olive oil, Manzanilla sherry with pink chive blossoms, sprinkled with flower blossoms

3)      Tequila squid ink ice cream topped with red fish eggs, passion fruit, and coffe infused Cynar
