Carrissa Schuetz, daughter of Kimmie’s Coffee Cup owner Kimmie Vinson, serves French toast and pancakes, both dishes that helped the homey establishment earn recognition as one of the best spots for breakfast in all of Orange County. Schuetz works at the Brea restaurant, one of four owned by the family.
