客户服务代表 (cuztomer service representative)。
上班时间周一到周五。 早上9:00 到 下午5:30.

主要工作为:
回复客户的邮件。帮助客户解决相关订单/产品问题。

要求：英文书写能力强。善于沟通，细心和有耐心，注重团队合作。

有对汽车配件或者汽车了解的， 以及对ebay/amazon或者网上销售平台经验者会优先考虑。
薪金为$18-21/小时,看经验而定，公司会有季度奖金和医疗保险。
过了一定工期会有带薪病假，带薪公众假期还有带薪假期。

online ecommerce retail company is hiring customer service representative.
main duty is to reply customers inquiries and resolve customer issue via
emails. also need to perform other office job such as data entry.
requirement: detail oriented, self-motive and good communication skill.
experience with ebay/amazon online selling platform is a big plus.
experience or knowledge about cars and car parts iS also a plus. pay starts at $18-21 per hour depends on experience.
