洋蔥切丁,再把抱子甘藍, 洋蔥, 蔓越莓乾和醬料放入碗裡

攪拌均勻後放入烤盤

等烤箱溫度達到 400F 時,把烤盤送入烤箱

約25-30分鐘後拿出,即可開動,要小心燙喔!
