故事敘述一名失去老伴而且從成功事業的退休老闆(Robert De Niro飾)，因為覺得退休不應該就是在家裡等待生命走向盡頭，於是決定到一間時尚網站實習，而公司的老闆兼創辦人就是年輕事業心強的Jules Ostin (Anne Hathaway飾)，兩人將擦出什麼樣的爆笑火花呢?
