Xmas Contest Rules 2012
1. Eligibility.
The Wacowla “12 days of Wacow Christmas Giveaway” 12 Days of Festive Giveaway Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to entrants who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry, and a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec), Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom. Entrants under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence must obtain a parent’s or legal guardian’s consent before participating, and by participating represent that they have done so. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. Directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents of Wacow Media, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, resellers, or advertising or promotional agencies and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children) are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. Sponsor.
The Sponsor of this Promotion is Wacow Media. All questions regarding this Promotion should be directed by email to Marketing@wacowla.com
3. Timing.
The Promotion shall begin on December 5, 2012 and ends on December 21, 2012 (“Promotion Period”). The Official contest entries submitted starts on December 5th to 7th, and 10th~14th, 17th~20th in this time period will be accepted. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this promotion. The entry submission cut-off time for10am each contest day to 10pm of contest day for above dates (Pacific Standard Time (PST)) of that particular day. The entry submission cut-off time for Day 12 of the giveaway is December 20, 2012, 10pm PST.
4. Participation.
The methods for entering the Promotion will be listed on http://www.wacowla.com/

5. Limit:
The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other means that permits the entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited. Only entries received during the Promotion Period will be accepted. The potential winner may be required to show proof that they are the entrant. One comment taken each day from each unique individual will count as official entry to the event, duplicate or multiple comments will not count as second entry.
Each household is limited to winning a maximum of one (1) prize. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify/or allow entrants if the entrant is a previous winner, or if any member of the entrant’s household is a previous winner.
6. Verification of Potential Winners.
To win a prize, the potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. The names of the potential winners will be listed on http://www.wacowla.com/ within three (3) days following selection of each winner. In order to claim a prize, the potential winner will be required to sign and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility/ Liability & Publicity Release (“Affirmation”) within forty-eight (48) hours of the date notice or attempted notice is sent. If winner is a minor (under 18, or under 19 in Alabama and Nebraska), the prize will be awarded to minor’s parent or legal guardian, who must sign and return all required documents. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Affirmation within the specified time period, the potential winner is disqualified and forfeits the prize.
