▌他個人認為 “創新能力和藝術感受力並非到了高中才開始，必須從小就引導孩子體驗和挖掘身邊的和自身的美感，在他們頭腦裏形成一種美麗璀璨的未來人生畫面，同時也不失去對黑暗的警覺和弱者的憐憫”。在中國常聽到有人說“我們正在接近國外製作水準”，而Tony只說：“如果不培養出世界一流的藝術畢業生，那麼他們就無法把原來佔有崗位的藝術家擠走搶到工作機會”。
