人妻厨房~夏日特辑【鲑鱼幽庵烧】Baked Soy Sauce Marinated Salmon

幽庵烧是烧烤食物的一种,是江户时代(1603-1867)日本滋贺县人北村裕庵所独创的料理。一般用在怀石料理时称为[幽庵烧], 若使用柚子,则叫[柚庵烧]。幽庵烧的醃酱中与柑橘类的香味很相配!在炎热的夏天来碗白饭配着鲑鱼幽庵烧一定很开胃下饭!

材料:

salmon1

鲑鱼…………….1片

[幽庵醃酱]
酱油………….3大匙
清酒………….3大匙
味醂………….3大匙
柠檬/柚子片……数片
柠檬汁…………少许

做法:

1. 先将柚子片细削在鲑鱼上增加香气
