The Food
All of Fosselman’s ice cream is made in the back room and it’s no secret what makes it taste so good: 16-percent butterfat. The freshest fruits, the most pungent extracts, the toastiest nuts are all suspended in mountains of thick, luscious, premium ice cream. Burgundy cherry is ripe with ruby fruit; cappuccino indulges in deep, dark-roasted flavor; and there’s nothing plain about the blissfully simple vanilla. Too rich for your blood? Try a fresh fruit sorbet concocted with juice, sugar, lemon and ice. The Green apple sorbet is especially explosive.
