4. Find someone who will control you
If you feel like you can't force yourself to learn, and you lack external control, know that this can also negatively affect the desire to learn. Think about who from your entourage wants to take over you patronage. Maybe the headman? Best friend? Or parents?
Every day you should send this person a list of your study cases, and report back on it in the evening. If something isn't done without a good reason, you should be scolded.
5. Diversify your schedule

7. Choose a place to study
