位於 Downtown Disney 區東側的臨時 Earl of Sandwich 將於 7 月 26 日關閉。先前已有消息指出，這次關閉將導致全部 167 名員工被裁撤。
新的永久性「三明治伯爵」店鋪將於今年冬天在西側開幕。
原本的「三明治伯爵」店鋪於2022年關閉並拆除，該餐廳於2023年搬進了原「La Brea Bakery」的建築。迪士尼在2022年宣布，La Brea Bakery 將被 Porto’s Bakery 替代，但該計劃延遲，因此讓「三明治伯爵」暫時入駐該處。
目前新的「三明治伯爵」店鋪正在施工中，而 La Brea Bakery 建築將最終被拆除，為 Porto’s Bakery 騰出空間。
新的兩層樓「三明治伯爵」將在一樓設有快餐櫃台，二樓則設有 Carnaby Tavern 雞尾酒吧。
