做法

  • 把雞蛋分別放進水裡煮6, 7, 8, 或9分鐘

Hard Boiled Eggs

 

  • 雞蛋煮好後立刻放進冰水中泡1分鐘, 讓雞蛋降溫. 這樣做雞蛋就不會過熟.

 

  • 小心地把雞蛋殼剝掉然後切半
