5. 用廚房餐紙巾在鍋底塗些沙拉油,捲好的蛋撥到前面,再加入一點蛋液

6. 把捲好的蛋滾回蛋皮裡,然後再推回到前面,再塗油, 加入蛋液,重複一樣的動作直到蛋液用完

7. 將蛋捲放到錫箔紙上,把蛋捲稍微包起來成形;等到稍微冷卻以後,拿掉錫箔紙,均等切塊。
