夏天你會想到什麼?陽光、海水、比基尼?在美國夏天可是BBQ的天下,更不要說美國人愛吃的熱狗啦!說到熱狗的配料,比較通俗的醬料就是番茄醬加美式黃芥末頂多加點酸黃瓜,今天愛咪就是要把從雜誌上收集到的創意熱狗醬料一次大公開給大家囉!想必這個夏天一定會更多元化更好玩!
1. Five-Spice Ketchup Mix 1 cup kepchup, the juice of 1 lime and 2 teaspoons five-spice power. Season with salt and pepper.
五香番茄醬 將一杯的番茄醬, 一杯的萊姆汁和兩茶匙的五香粉混合;用鹽與胡椒調味。
2. Curry Ketchup Cook 1/4 cup minced onion in a saucepan with 1 tablespoon butter until soft, 3 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon each curry powder and paprika and a pinch of cayenne; cook until toasted, 1 minute. Add 1 cup ketchup and 1/2 cup water; simmer until think, about 25 minutes.
咖哩番茄醬 熱鍋, 將1匙的奶油加入, 接著放入1/4杯的切碎的洋蔥, 拌炒至洋蔥呈現半透明軟化,3分鐘左右;接著加入1茶匙的咖哩粉跟1茶匙的辣椒粉還有一小匙的辣椒;拌攪一分鐘到混合均勻;加入1杯的番茄醬跟半杯的水;燜煮直到醬汁濃稠,差不多25分鐘。
3. Spicy Peanut Ketchup Mix 3/4 cup ketchup, 1/3 cup peanut butter, the juice of 1 lime, 1 tablespoon harissa or other chile paste and 1/4 teaspoon each coriander, smoked paprika, cinnamon and cayenne.
辣味花生番茄醬 拌勻3/4杯的番茄醬、1/3杯的花生醬 、一顆萊姆汁、一匙harissa香辣醬或其他辣椒醬、和各1/4茶匙的香菜、烤過的辣椒粉、肉桂粉及辣椒。
4. Bloody Mary Ketchup Mix 3/4 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup horseradish, 2 teaspoons hot sauce, 1 teaspoon celery salt and 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
血腥瑪麗番茄醬 拌勻3/4杯的番茄醬、1/4杯辣根horseradish、2茶匙辣醬、1茶匙香芹鹽和半茶匙的渥斯特郡醬汁。
5. Sun-Dried Tomato Ketchup Puree 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes with 1 tablespoon of the oil from the jar, 2 tablespoons cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon each cayenne and ground ginger and 1/4 cup water until smooth.
日曬番茄醬 用食物處理機(果汁機)將半杯的日曬番茄跟一匙的日曬罐頭裡的醬汁、2匙的蘋果醋 、1匙的黑糖、各1/4茶匙的辣椒與薑粉與1/4杯的水 打成醬狀、打勻。
6. Scallion-Bacon Ketchup Cook 4 slices diced bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels, reserving the drippings. Mix 3/4 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup chopped scallions, the bacon and 1 tablespoon each bacon drippings and Worcestershire sauce.
青蔥培根番茄醬 將四條切碎的培根煎至香脆; 將油脂在紙巾上擦拭掉, 保留肉汁; 混合3/4杯的番茄醬、 1/4杯的蔥花、培根、以及培根油跟渥斯特郡醬汁各一匙。
7. Roasted Garlic Mustard Wrap 8 cloves garlic in foil; roast 30 minutes at 400℉. Squeeze the garlic out of its skin and puree with 1/2 cup dijon mustard, 1/3 cup maple syrup, and salt and pepper.
焗香蒜芥末醬 將八顆蒜頭用錫箔紙包住, 放入烤箱用400度烤30分鐘; 蒜頭去皮後, 加入食物處理機裡, 和半杯的法國第戎市芥茉、1/3杯的楓糖漿、鹽和胡椒 混合、打勻成醬。
8. Jerk Ketchup Mix 3/4 cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning, 1 tablespoon pineapple or peach preserves and 1 tablespoon lime juice.
牙買加香辣番茄醬 混合3/4杯的番茄醬, 2匙的牙買加香辣醬, 1匙的鳳梨或桃子果醬和一匙的萊姆汁。
9. Dill Mustard Mix 1/2 cup yellow mustard, 1/4 cup each finely chopped dill pickles and white onions, and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill.
洋茴香芥末醬 混合1/2杯黃芥末醬 、1/4杯切碎的美國腌漬小黃瓜、1/4杯切碎的洋蔥和一匙細切碎的新鮮洋茴香。
10. Stout Mustard Mix 2 tablespoons stout beer, 1/4 cup each whole-grain and dijon mustard, 1/2 minced small shallot and 2 teaspoon brown sugar.
烈啤酒芥末醬 混合2匙烈啤酒、1/4杯高洛芥末籽芥末醬、1/4杯法式第戎芥末籽醬、1/2細切的紅蔥頭和2茶匙的黑糖。
